Millboard is pleased to announce the purchase by Millboard Inc of selected assets of Outlive LLC, our US distributor based in Minneapolis. Outlive’s trading in Millboard products has now transferred to Millboard Inc. This expansion follows our acquisition of Ansyears in France (now Millboard SAS), and the setting up of Millboard GmbH in Germany, and demonstrates our strong commitment to developing a thriving global market for our products.
With this acquisition, Millboard will expand the availability of our award-winning resin-mineral composite.
