What’s the role?

As part of our newly developing organisation in the USA, this is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a vital, varied role in our US Office.

Working in a small but fast growing family owned business you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the office and processes across various departments with an involvement in everything from HR to IT to Executive Support.  

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operation of office / back-office functions
     
  • Administration duties
     
  • IT and systems `go-to`
     
  • HR and recruitment support
     
  • Implementing / documenting / policing systems and processes
     
  • Follow-up manager (tasks, actions, minutes)
     
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as required
     
  • Supporting management with internal projects
     
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executives
     
  • All other duties as assigned 

     
Your Background and Experience:
  • Experience in an Office Manager / Executive Assistant role
     
  • Wide range of experience related to day to day running of an office
     
  • Experience working at all levels to Director
     
  • Demonstrable experience as the ‘go-to’ person within a small business
     
  • Ability to support, influence and organise others
     
  • Ability to effectively work with multiple departments
     
  • Highly organised and task driven
     
  • Holds extremely high standards and an exceptional attention to detail
