Scully Custom Decks & Design was built on a simple principle: do the job properly and build outdoor spaces that genuinely last.

Behind the business is years of hands-on experience in custom carpentry and outdoor construction. We’ve worked on everything from small residential decks to larger, more complex outdoor structures, gaining a deep understanding of what works — and just as importantly, what doesn’t — in real Irish conditions.

Over time, we’ve become increasingly selective about the materials we use. That’s what led us to Millboard®. We’ve seen first-hand the issues that can come with traditional timber and lower-grade composites, and we wanted a product that matched the standard of work we aim to deliver. Millboard allows us to create outdoor spaces with the look of natural timber, without the constant upkeep and deterioration.

Every project we take on is personally overseen, from the initial conversation through to the final fixings. We take the time to understand how the space will be used, offer practical advice based on experience, and pay close attention to the details that make the finished deck feel right.
