Integrated Lastane® layer

Lastane® surface layer retains integrity of the boards over time and means no splinters on the surface.
Low maintenance

The surface layer needs no sanding, staining or oiling. Simply clean as the project location requires.

Every board is moulded from specially selected oak masters and hand-tinted by our craftsmen, so no two boards carry quite the same character.

Hand-moulded from real timber for an organic wood-grain appearance, replicating the intricate grain detail of natural oak.
Maximum durability

A fibre-reinforced closed cellular core provides strength and resilience while keeping the weight of each board down.
Recycled materials

Each board blends 38% recycled content, including limestone diverted from landfill, bonded in a polymer resin.
Wood-free, warp-free

The composition is entirely wood-free, eliminating rot and warping, and giving insects and pests nothing to attack.

The Millboard story

A family business in Warwickshire, making boards that look like the finest oak, but without the associated drawbacks. Hand-moulded from selected oak masters, hand-tinted, and fixed with Durafix® lost-head screws that virtually disappear into the Lastane® surface.

Time is the one part of the process we will not shorten. It is why ours still look right years later.
