This project, executed by Infinity Construction Ltd in collaboration with DLM Architects Ltd, aimed to provide a contemporary yet environmentally conscious housing development.

Millboard's Envello Shadow Line Cladding in Smoked Oak played a pivotal role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of The Lea. Approximately 570 lengths of Envello Shadow Line Cladding, along with other associated products such as external corners, fascia boards, perforated closer trim, and vertical started trim, were used across the three blocks comprising apartments and houses, totalling 14 units.
Project Challenge
The primary challenge was to blend luxury with environmental sustainability, creating homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The project aimed to set a benchmark in luxury living while minimising its ecological footprint in a picturesque yet ecologically sensitive locale.
Solution by Millboard
To help address these challenges, Altin Homes selected Millboard’s Envello Shadow Line+ resin mineral composite cladding in Golden Oak and Burnt Cedar. This decision was driven by the cladding's exceptional quality, sustainability, and durability, coupled with its undeniable visual appeal. Pairing Envello Shadow Line+ cladding with tastefully selected Facing Bricks at the ground level not only enhanced the project's aesthetic but also contributed to its sustainability goals.
Design Integration:
The Envello Shadow Line+ Cladding was strategically interspersed with brick slips and through-colour render to fulfil the design intention of achieving a clean and modern aesthetic. This integration contributed to the seamless blending of different facade finishes, resulting in a visually appealing exterior.

Not only did it provide a contemporary look, but it also offered a low-maintenance solution for the end-users.
